Potential value

Real-world experience.
A new source of opportunity.

There is no one-size-fits-all valuation. The opportunity depends on the fit between your company’s history and a partner’s specific needs.

Focused.

Specialist datasets

Focused workflows or domain-specific expertise.

Connected.

Mature operational history

Multiple systems, connected records and years of activity.

Distinctive.

Large or distinctive partnerships

Extensive histories, unusual expertise or broader agreed scope.

These are examples of potential opportunities, not offers or earnings forecasts. Value depends on demand, scope, rights and agreed use. A selected partner makes any commercial offer; one-off and recurring terms are agreed separately.

Your data stays with you

No uploads to DataRoyal

The initial assessment uses company-level information, not your underlying business records.

You choose what is in scope

You decide whether to proceed and what information to share with a selected partner.

Deal directly with the partner

Any data review, transfer and licensing terms are arranged directly with that partner.

No obligation to proceed

An assessment or introduction does not commit you to a data-sharing agreement.

Many industries. Real possibilities.

Your industry may be in demand.

Every business has its own context. These are examples of sectors to explore—your company’s fit is assessed individually.

A little clarity before you start

Questions before you explore?

Let’s talk
Could my company qualify?

Companies with recorded workflows, specialist expertise or operational history may be relevant. Industry, systems, geography, language and rights all affect the fit. Not every company will find a buyer.

Do I need to upload files or connect software?

No. The initial assessment needs only company-level information. You won’t upload business records, share credentials or connect any software to DataRoyal.

What will the assessment tell me?

You’ll see a preliminary summary of your company profile and the factors that may make it relevant. You can then request a follow-up to check current partner demand. The summary is not a confirmed match or a monetary valuation.

How is potential value determined?

It depends on demand, industry, history, scope, uniqueness, rights and permitted use. Company-level information cannot establish a firm price. Any offer and payment terms come directly from a selected partner.

Who would you introduce me to?

Potential counterparties include AI labs, AI application companies and specialist data partners. DataRoyal checks your company profile against requirements and makes relevant introductions where there is a fit. The diagram shows partner types, not existing relationships.

Is there any obligation to proceed?

No. You’re free to decline a follow-up, introduction or proposed arrangement. You choose whether to proceed and agree any scope and commercial terms directly with the partner.
